GreenJackets tickets are sold online through the official team website, and the box office also sells tickets during its business hours. Because schedules and box-office hours can change, check the official site before you go.

The GreenJackets’ non-game-day box office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; it is closed Saturday and Sunday. On game days, hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until the end of the game, and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. until the end of the game.

Children age three and under do not need a ticket, but are expected to sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Children age four and older need a regular ticket. For questions, the venue’s main office number is (803) 349-WINS (9467).

What should you know before entering the ballpark?

What should you know before entering the ballpark?

Game-day gates normally open 60 minutes before the scheduled start, or 90 minutes before Saturday games. SRP Park does not allow re-entry after you leave, so plan to bring what you need inside before going through the gate.

The ballpark has a clear-bag policy. Approved bags include clear backpacks, one-gallon plastic freezer bags, and clutches no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Diaper bags are allowed, subject to search and tagging. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

SRP Park is cashless inside and accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash can be converted to loaded value at the box office or the advance ticket window in the Hive Pro Shop.

The venue describes itself as fully accessible. There is a ramp at the Main Gate and an elevator just inside the WOW! Club entrance to the suites and WOW! Club. Guests who need accessible seating can purchase one accessible seat and up to two adjacent companion seats, subject to availability.

Pets are prohibited except for service animals, and umbrellas are not allowed. Strollers are permitted only if they fold and fit under the seats; the ballpark cannot check strollers that do not meet those requirements.

How can you plan a visit around the game?

Riverside Village’s shops and river views give you options for spending time in downtown North Augusta around an event. Across the river, the Augusta Riverwalk offers access to riverside sights, while a one-day route through downtown Augusta can help organize a separate stop.

Augusta’s downtown can be a separate stop on a visit, with plenty to explore at your own pace.

For a GreenJackets game, check the schedule and ticket details first, then choose a parking deck and allow for the gate opening pattern. Keep the no-re-entry rule and clear-bag requirements in mind when deciding what to bring.

SRP Park is about a 15-minute drive from Budget Inn Express, where a room at Budget Inn Express gives you a place to stay for the game.
